A Belated thankyou to Ruth (and a blog book!)

Hello!
This is a rather delayed thankyou to Ruth from Tip Top (Still can't link blogs - so sorry!) who I was paired with to do a Heart Swap by Molly Cupcakes..

Well I received a lovely parcel full of handmade goodies (With a heart theme!) I especially loved the beautiful embellished heart
paper clips which will go to good use here....

my new blog book! (A nasty old A5 Filofax that I covered and sewed on my lunch break - much to the amusement of my 2 work chums!)

So I will take some more pics later of my goodies in use..(Ruth I have hung the lovely fabric heart in my craft room aka the box room and can see it from here!)

Before I sign off - I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to those of you who signed so far for the Free Style swap...I will post the pairings up here on Tuesday next week...

And If I don't have chance before the weekend...have a fab Easter Break xxx

Lots of Love Sam and 'The Sue!'

Hi, thanks for your messages and inviting me to join your swap, I am really looking forward to it! Kate x ps. if you want to link things, when you write your post, there is an icon to click on next to the icon for choosing the text colour - its got a pic of a globe and a link thing? I only found this out the other day.

I taught Josie and Greedy nan to link so here goes: When you're in the new post window type the word you want to link say 'look'highlight that whole word, open another window, go to the site you want to link copy the address, including http://www....

Now in the new blog window there is a funny symbol - green with a line through it, click that - that will open up a new little window. Paste the link address in there and click ok. You'll then notice you 'look' word will be under lined. My advice is to type out you post, and then go in afterwards and link.

Glad you liked your stuff and thanks for being such a good swop partner - the bag has had lots of outings already and I think my mum has her eye on swiping it!!

Hope you have / had a lovely Easter! I've had too much chocolate (as you can tell!)
